Processing & Handling Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is processing time plus the transit time shown at checkout.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier volume, weather, customs, or other events outside our control may extend delivery times. We are not responsible for delays that occur once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your tracking number is not updating after 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Split Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify an address once an order has been submitted.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment. We are not liable for packages delivered to an address provided in error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Confirming your shipping address was entered correctly
- Contacting the carrier directly to open a trace investigation
If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us and we will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. We have no control over these fees and are unable to predict their amount.
If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, we are not responsible for any loss and refunds will not be issued.

A few things worth noting about what's in here and why:
"Processing time is separate from transit time" this sets expectations upfront and is your first line of defense against chargebacks from impatient customers.
"Delays outside our control" covers you for the supplier side being slow without exposing yourself.
Split shipments clause critical for dropshipping since you'll often have orders coming from different suppliers.
48-hour damage window protects you from people claiming damage weeks later. Adjust this if your supplier requires photos faster.
Address errors on the customer standard e-commerce practice that most customers accept, but important to have in writing.
You'll want to fill in your actual free shipping threshold, contact email, and review the estimated delivery windows against what your actual suppliers typically hit.
